Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Coastal Workflow LLC website. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written client agreement.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using coastalworkflow.ai (the “website”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Coastal Workflow LLC (“Coastal Workflow,” “we,” “us”) may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

What this website is

This website describes Coastal Workflow’s automation, reporting, AI, and related services and lets you learn about them, try example workflows, read articles, and get in touch. The website and its content are provided for general information only. Nothing on the website is an offer, a binding quote, a guarantee of any result, or professional advice, and browsing the website does not create a client relationship.

These terms vs. a client agreement

These terms govern your use of the public website. They do not govern paid engagements. If you retain Coastal Workflow for services, that work is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement). If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

Permitted use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and to evaluate or request our services. You agree not to misuse the website — for example, by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or copying it at scale, probing its security, submitting malicious code, or using it to violate any law or another person’s rights.

Examples and demos

The interactive demos and example workflows on the website use sample data for fictional businesses (such as Saltmarsh Kayak Co. and Lowcountry Family Dental). They are illustrative demonstrations only — not real client case studies, not a promise of specific outcomes, and not representative of any particular engagement. Any numbers, names, and results shown are for demonstration and should not be relied on.

No professional advice

Content on the website — including articles and any information about automation, AI, reporting, or accounting workflows — is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice, and it may not fit your specific situation. AI-generated and automated outputs can contain errors and should always be independently reviewed by a person before you rely on them. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, the wave-mark logo, brand elements, graphics, and code — are owned by Coastal Workflow LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from its content for commercial use without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The website links to and uses third-party services — for example, a calendar booking tool, a contact-form service, and analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Coastal Workflow is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and tools.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Coastal Workflow does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COASTAL WORKFLOW LLC AND ITS MEMBER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT. This section governs use of the public website; liability for paid engagements is addressed in the applicable client agreement.

Privacy

Our handling of information submitted through the website is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
